While I'm not vegan or vegetarian, I don't prepare meat as a main dish. My diet includes dairy, eggs, and a small amount of meat (chicken, bacon, or beef), which I use mainly for flavor—like making bone broth, or adding depth to beans, soups, and stews. You won't find meat as a standalone food on my menu.
Most of what I make is plant-based: beans, sprouted whole grain breads and tortillas, soups, and stews. I round out the menu with cheeses and other dairy products, eggs, homemade sauces and low sugar desserts. These foods are made from dried beans, natural sourdough starter, and other organic and fresh ingredients.
I also offer homebrewed fermented probiotic drinks and healthy iced teas to complement your meal.
